As a Client Service Associate, Allison LaCommare is dedicated to providing an exceptional level of service and seamless experience for every Sierra Pacific client. Her role focuses on delivering efficient onboarding support, operational coordination, and ongoing relationship management to help ensure clients feel cared for throughout every phase of their financial journey.
Allison believes that wealth management should be relationship focused and personalized to each client's needs and goals. Guided by empathy and a strong attention to detail, her approach to client service is centered around active listening and helping the team create tailored financial planning and investment strategies to achieve client objectives.
A recent graduate of the University of Washington, Allison earned her bachelor's degree in Economics with minors in Business Administration and Data Science. She was drawn to a career in wealth management because it allows her to combine her passion for building client relationships with the analytical side of economics and finance.
When she's not hard at work supporting clients, she can be found playing volleyball, reading, trying new restaurants, or spending time with her family and dog, Cooper.

What do you enjoy most about life in the Bay Area?
As a Bay Area native who grew up in San Ramon, I've come to love all that this area has to offer. I enjoy staying active and embracing the outdoors, so I appreciate being able to go hiking, snowboarding, play volleyball, and travel to new places year-round.
What would you consider the most rewarding aspect of your role?
I’ve always enjoyed the relationship side of client-facing work and the analytical side of economics and finance. This role allows me to combine those strengths to support individuals through important life decisions. Being able to build meaningful relationships while helping our clients achieve their goals is extremely rewarding.
How do you balance your professional and personal life?
I believe in staying organized, planning ahead, and making time for things that help keep me energized and motivated so I can show up fully in both areas of my life.
